The team needs to redesign their strategy and quite obviously the STAR players like Michael Clarke, Jesse Ryder, Steve Smith,Tamim Iqbal , Marlon Samuels, Sourav Ganguly and Robin Uthappa must come at the top of order with Sourav dropping to No.6 or 7. The bowling by Nehra was real sub-standard and Alfonso Thomas, Ashok Dinda, Rahul Sharma and Samuels should be good enough. Michael Clarke can bowl too but shockingly Steve Smith has not been given any bowling and Ganguly must rethink on that. Mithun Minhas, Manish Pandey and Ashish Nehra can be given chance based on the 4 foreigner allowed policy. Angelo Mathews as a all rounder should be rated higher than other overseas players — the choice should be Michael Clarke, Steve Smith, Angelo Mathews / Alfonso Thomas, Jesse Ryder / Tamim Iqbal / Luke Wright. Time to use two spinners more can also be taken for turning tracks since fast bowlers except Morne Morkel and Dale Steyn are looking non-lethal !! I am worried with the performence of warriors. In every match they are loosing by very little margin. In the last two games, Bhuvaneswar Kumar was at the crease, tried his best, but unable to did , what D smith has done for mumbai indians against chennai. Bowlers are giving maximum runs in the last over and batsmen fail to score in the death overs. I think, Ganguly, Clarke, Mathews or Rider,Steve Smith, Uthappa, Manish pandy or Manhas, Dinda , Rahul sharma, alfensoThomos, Bhuvaneswar kumar, and Karthik should be the team. where is srikant wagh who captured some wickets and Mitchel marsh?
pune has one of the best team of ipl. But fault of selection make them simple.look, if ryder and tamim open for pune it will be one of the crashing opening bond. Then utthappa should bat at three. Then sourav and matthwes should bat. In bowling thomas should be added with nehra and dinda . Murali should be in the team. Its will be a such team on which you can trust. Now trust me. Please accept my request as i am a fan of pune . Thanks.

Without any Pune’s or Maharastriyan Player …….I don’t feel Pune Warrior is our Team. In every IPL Team there is one local player included in their playing 11 but Pune Warrior not given any opportunity to players like Dheeraj Jadhav, Shrikant Mundhe, Harshad Khadiwale or Rohit Motwani. Without Pune Players the performance of the team will not improve. As compare to Mithun Minhas & Manish Pandey ……our Dheeraj Jadhav is Baaaaaap player.
